About the Project

E-Commerce Connect’s mission is to organize premium and exclusive events for the ecommerce and retail industry, contributing to advanced training, sharing of knowledge and promotion of high quality networking among the top individuals in the industry. 

We’re growing and looking for someone energetic, curious, and results-oriented to join our team. The event has had eight editions in Portugal since 2018 and two in Poland since 2024.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a junior profile – a final-year student or recent graduate – to join our team as a Merchant Success & Event Manager.

The mission? Help us engage with polish e-commerce/digital and retail directors, helping to create a strong community of amazing brands to participate at E-Commerce Connect Polska. 

More than just a position, this is an opportunity to join a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and collaborative team with a strong results-oriented mindset.

Ideal Profile

• Fluent in written and spoken Polish and English (mandatory);
• Final-year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Management, Communication, or similar fields;
• Enjoys talking to people and comfortable communicating by phone;
• Most importantly – honesty, strong proactiveness, a willingness to learn, and genuine curiosity

Yes, we know we are quite lucky! Our permanent phisical office is in Lisbon, Portugal, right next to Oeiras Marina, and with this fantastic ocean view.
